Advanced Compressor Cleaning System
- Exchange of Signals Between ACCS/VRA-III and Plant Control
- The Plant Control Starts the Cleaning Process
- The Cleaning Fluid is Prepared in the Mixing Tank
- Cleaning fluid is Mixed With Demineralized Water, Siwash S, and Si-Antifreeze if Required
- After This Step, the Plant Control Has to Start the Injection of the Cleaning Fluid
- When Cleaning is Complete, the Piping System is Blown Out By Compressed Air
- As Process Control a SIMATIC S7-300 or a VIPA 300S
